- Develop their thinking (theology) and skills (practice) in engaging the Bible.
- Learn from Scripture about reflecting on God’s Word.
- Practice different methods of reflecting on Scripture – praying Scripture, “storying,” journaling, hand copying, Lectio Divina, memorizing, visual arts, singing, etc.
Dr. Phil Collins bases this focused and practical training on the Center’s own groundbreaking research into Scripture engagement.
Sons of Korah, an Australian based band, will be leading the chapel service. Their unique acoustic, multi-ethnic sound has given a fresh voice to the biblical Psalms. Come and discover how to meditate on God’s work through their musical portrayal of the Psalms.
